Jeffrey Allen Sneed is a DC based stage, screen, and voice actor. Holding a BAC in Theatre from Bowling Green State University and an MFA from the University of Central Florida, he has been seen and heard in hundreds of different projects spanning plays, films, television, commercials, audio narration, animation, and podcasts.
“Sneed delivers a memorable performance by aggressively mining the rich vein of laughs Lyons provides Logan. ”
“Jeffrey Allen Sneed’s Ben Gunn, the mad stranded man left on the island three years ago, hops across the stage like a waterbug, proclaiming his love for cheese, and infatuating all of us. It’s a cannon shot of a performance, every line and movement launching and landing with comedic accuracy, but also with a deep impact on the plot. ”
“Jeffrey Allen Sneed captivates as Truffaldino [...] He is incredibly physical, whether fainting from hunger or burying his head in a trunk to avoid an irate employer. Watching him in the famous “restaurant scene” is enthralling, as he skillfully moves around the other actors handling plates, trying to discern what food is for which master, while satisfying his own hunger.”
Some of his favorite stage acting credits include Shakespeare in Love (Alliance Theatre), Chicken & Biscuits (Virginia Rep), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Orlando Shakes), The One and Only Ivan (Synchronicity Theatre), The Devil’s Disciple (Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey), The Flick (Out of Box Theatre), Prince(cess) (Orlando Fringe Festival), and the world premiere of the two-part play SISU is in the Heart in both Ohio and Finland.
As a voice actor, Jeffrey has lent his voice to clients such as eHarmony, Ion Lands, North West Marine and Sport, Resonant Music Design, Cantera, Lion in a Box Games, and many more. He is the also the voice of the new YouTube Channel Unravel School and the creator of the award-winning actual play podcast Roll & Tell!
